Dissatisfaction In more depth of the room it was a very dirty Mort St the restroom was not clean the tub was dirty I called the front desk for assistance they put me on hold for more than 5 minutes so I went downstairs to speak with a manager I was addressed that they were going to come and speak with me I stood at the counter another 10 minutes no one I asked again to speak with someone they said they will come to the room and speak with me no one ever came the next morning I met up with the housekeeper in the hallway they ... read more
Fair Not much, too far to walk to casino Bed was ok but that's it

our stay was nice otherwise The rate we paid for one night was pretty pricey.My husband and I play Bingo there every. time we’re in Laughlin and would appreciate some room promotions. I enjoyed my stay
Won’t be ever staying there again Your phone system sucks was trying to go from room to room and wasn’t available to do that so I called the operator to ask for an outside line to call my buddy cell phone I didn’t realize you were charging me $16 for each phone home I made his cell phone because your room phones it wouldn’t allow you to dial room to room and I unfortunately broke my phone that morning when we arrive It was OK
