Very disappointing 1. The wooden cabinet that held the refrigerator was dirty and sticky. 2. The bed skirt had oil spilled on it. 3.The toilet tank leaked and refilled all night. 4 The carpet at the base of the bed was dirty. 5. The coffee was too weak to drink. 6. The only cups were flimsy plastic, and not suitable for hot coffee. I left a note for the housekeeper, Jose, explaining these 6 reasons why I only left a $5 tip. Not what I was looking forward to at all the staff the prices nothing only that it was clean
Not a 3-star hotel will not do it again. The beds were not what we were told and the line to do something about it again just was not worth waiting 1/2 - 1 hour to change the room again. The Phone was ruined in this room, and they never answered due to being short staffed. Not mutch! We exchanged rooms do to cleanliness issues in room #1536? Worst hotel stay ever!!Please upgrade your rooms. The cigarette smoke filled rooms, the torn and rotting carpet and furniture in the room, the poor internet, We didn't like anything, and we definitely won't be coming back. I have travelled a ton with my daughter who plays soccer for a travelling soccer team, and this is the worst hotel we've stayed in. Absolutely nothing. Won't be back The Lobby was extremely smokey, my son had to step out because it was bothering him while we waited to check in. I understand it is a casino, but Vegas casinos do not smell that strongly unless you are in the casino area. Our room smelled like a rotten egg, it was leaking from the toilet or something, and there was no fan to help suck it out. Disappointing
Was horrible don't stay here Only a few slot machines not sure why they took all the slots out Room was dirty and only a few slot machines went across the street
Like stepping into middle america twilight zone. Smokey smell everywhere, room was not clean - Haro on bed and bathroom, bathroom counter was not wiped down.
