Terrible rooms and staff I was offered an upgrade at the Kiosk, after taking it The machine said to see receptionist so waited in a very long line. asked the front desk person twice if my room was the upgrade which she said yes and it was not! when I went to the room I called and they wanted me to come back down to speak to the front desk again. I was not able to due to a commitment. complained upon checkout and verified I was not charged for upgrade and found out the front desk person never gave me the upgrade. so she flat ... read more

It was not as expected and I would not stay there again. Very poor lighting inside the room. Only one chair in the room. Only one restaurant open with extensive wait times for service. Check i and out was fine.. Most of the staff were okay. ......the pool was pretty good.
PLEASE YOU BE THE JUDGE! WE book for 9 Days. They charge you for Complementary services that you will never get. 9days with no room cleaning WE beg for towels Toilet papers and tissues. After 3 days we ask the cleaning staff & they say that they are authorized to clean the rooms when patrons leave. but we can ask for room service at#45 or housekeeping WE did that but we got only clean towels and toiletries ALSO we went to the front desk and we mention that we understand that they were short of help but 9 days with no service... read more
