I feel like I was scammed Anything There was only one choice for dining and it was understaffed. The only window that we had was about 2 feet from a brick wall. In addition to the price I was quoted and paid to Booking.com the hotel charged my credit card an additional $56.00. Never again
Ok Restaurants and gacilities on site closed till Thursday! Bad! Wasn’t informed till after check in and I had to inquire.
Don't plan to stay there next time I am in Laughlin Room was dark and dingy; Toliet stool was toooo low for seniors; WIFI and TV connections were very, very, POOR location to River Walk
never ever ever again. stay clear almost everything . dirty dirty dirty. run down. no main items NCE, poor restaurants location

Fair Wish they provided more pillows and were more comfortable. Waited on hold for 35 minutes just to ask for a blanket that I did not receive. The plug was so far from the bed and no outlet by the bed that was able to be used. No internet the whole time there. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was okay. The sheets were clean and towels were present and refreshing. Providing water in the room complementary was helpful and grateful.
