Tropicana is NOT what it use to be. Mattress could be replaced. Overall service has gotten very poor considering the price. Not much of a Resort to be paying a Resort Fee. Peak of check in time on a Friday. There was only one "Trainee" checking in Customers. No breakfast offered
Disappointing
3/24 laughlin Tropicana Took shower water leaked downstairs. Had to move. 1st room ac terrible. Once checked in. You're not valued by staff. Stayed here now 3 times, and every time lousy. Won't stay ever again. Will tell others. Ease of booking thru booking.com...
Fair Long wait to check in. Called down and they never answered. Not enough employees. Tiny pillows. No fridge. Casino very smokey Location was good
The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were tiny. More of a selection on the menu. The breakfast was good.
Fair Extremely short staffed at Carnegies. They had a wait list that would text you when your table was ready Didn't receive a text (they sent 2 they said) but they did sit us down when I asked. I got 3 messages that my table was ready 2 hours later. Hallways were dirty. Everyone was friendly (when we had to talk to them).
Wish it was cleaner, and updated Too much smoke, everything felt sticky, they need too upgrade the entire property Location
Disappointing
disappointed, wished we would’ve researched our hotel more. not near enough food places, the staff were all rude. there was an argument in cafe between coworkers in front of everyone. front desk staff kind of rough with customers. a couple of customers I was in line with had messed up confirmations just like me. location
