You pay for what you get and the deal on the room was for a reason. The property needed a lot of remodeling. We stayed in the promenade tower and our room was so run down and the bathroom fixtures were broken and the shower was a nightmare! Their was a lingering smell of vomit in the shower not to mention it was backed up. If we didn’t have such a long drive home, we would have avoided using the shower all together. Never will I ever stay here again. Property was close to the strip and easily accessible
Anniversary Weekend! We cam to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Upon arriving our room was not cleaned. Trash bins still full of trash. Jacuzzi full of dirt and grime. Towels laying on the ground. The hotel manager upgraded us to a suite at 1130pm. It was a nice gesture but it was too late to even enjoy the room. The Casino was nice.
Won’t return. Only one restaurant and a poolside cafe open. All drawers in room were dirty. No way this hotel qualifies as a “resort” but it still charges a resort fee.
No housekeeping. No Housekeeping at all. No towels. Clogged sink and completely cloggeg shower/tub.
egh. The beds sucks. I woke up throughout most my night and most definitely woke up with a sore back and neck. It was clean and easily accessible.
clean, but cheap. too many cut corners the pillows were too small, no blankets on beds. the lack of higher value slot machines, the long waits for check in hotel, getting charged more even after booking online that it is close to the Laughlin event center
