Disappointed When I booked the site I thought the price quoted was all inclusive. Was extremely disappointed when at check in they said over $40 wasn't included and I had to pay that. Very upset with them and Booking.com. Convenient
Fair I prefer reserving a room over a phone. The only option of online sucks. Reserved non-smoking, but was placed in smoking room. That l was able to reserve a place to stay

Fair The room had a small poor quality tv. The room didn't have a coffeemaker, microwave or fridge. On Sunday morning around 4 am we were woken up by a loud false alarm. Check in line was long but moved along fast, and the clerk was very friendly.
Very Poor My room was dirty, had no cell phone service, no wifi available, smelled horrible. Was like a 1920s vibe smoke infested and ran down room 276. Then they transferred us to 655 that was just a little better but we had no choice but to stay my husband was in a bowling tournament The location
