Laughlin is dying a slow death. It's a city in decline, Colorado Belle is closed without hope of reopening. Slots were VERY tight. We can receive this treatment from any local Indian casino. No need to drive. A lot of things to do at the Hotel. Always fun to walk around.
Disappointing! Will not go back to the Tropicana. The rooms were either way too cold or too warm and stuffy. We had to go with too cold so we could try to sleep. We requested extra blankets and were told we could only have one, which was very thin. We had to sleep in sweatshirts just to try to stay warm and that was with the fan on low. There was no closet, so you couldn’t hang your coats or clothes. Plus we paid for a luxury premium room. Expected more!!! Location was convenient.
Spend the extra few dollars to stay at another Hotel. The staff were not pleasant, they were very short and not helpful with much of anything. We stayed 3 nights and every single night we awoke to the smell of Marijuana. It was so bad that we called the front desk several times and nothing was ever done, even Thoe they said they would deal with it. Disappointing I had to fix the toilet and sink was dirty Bed was comfy but had weird smell on the corner of left side so slept to the middle and it needs a fridge in the room

Pretty disappointing place and not a good place to stay even at discounted rates. Upon arriving the room was cold and A/C was running. Changed it to 68 degrees auto and the system never turned off. The A/C-Heater was filthy and has not been cleaned in a long time. Bathroom exhaust fan was inoperative. Toilet failed to flush properly and had to be flushed twice to remove waste.
