wont be going back to laughlin for awhile - Vegas is better if you just want to enjoy sites and pool the rooms were so disgustingly dirty! if i didnt have so much stuff with me i would have complained but the bell guy had already dropped everything in the room when i noticed just how gross it all was! so so gross! glad i didnt have a black light! i would have been scared to sleep! i liked that they had In&out in the same parking lot so walking distance from hotel Pool staff was very nice and friendly helpful casino was clean
Fair What I didn’t like was that check out time all elevators were super backed up people were waiting up to an hour to get down, we took 17 flight of stairs down. And Boone did anything about it we saw a staff member after walking down 17 flights of stairs and door was locked in first floor & when we asked if he could open he said no & walked away he worked in the back we had to wait for my husband & nieces husband who had a few Bach’s on them & the ice chest with all our drinks for them to walk down then we had to stay in ... read more
Mal Nunca recibí desayuno y los restaurantes que hay ahí solo uno es el mejorcito pero hay una linea hasta china. Solicite limpieza al cuarto la cual no hubo solo me dieron toallas y sabanas. Nunca recibí desayuno y. La ubicación esta bien.

Nice clean great staff. Way too overbooked. Couldnt eat in the casino. Prices climbed since last tri We waited in line just to get in the elevator to go to our room for 30 min bc the hotel was so over booked. The pool was cloudy white from so much chlorine. The guests in the room next to me had a child that screamed starting at 6am Casino floor was fun. Bartenders were great
