miserable The air conditioning I'm my room was not working. Each night after we got back to the hotel from Kathrine's Landing my room was warm I had to call maintenance and tell them my ac was blowing out warm air. they came out the first night it seemed to blow cooler but I woke up sweating. the second night I had to call them again regarding the air conditioner blowing warm air, the said the fixed it again and the next morning we woke up sweating AGAIN. the third night after getting back from the lake my room was still war... read more

Next best to motel 6 This is the second time in 3 weeks we have stayed here. Both times so disappointed with the lack of staff and the lack of customer service skills. Arrived 3 weeks ago room so dusty, air did not work had room switched and bed was broken. Let front desk know all they said was Im sorry. We left let it slide Arrived this weekend first room air didn't work they switched room and bathroom floor had sand all over towel had blood and hairs on counters.So gross but thank goodness for clorox wipes I helped the hot... read more
Fair The bed sheets had blood stains on it the vents was super dusty you would think with the COVID-19 things would be extra clean oh and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain the water so the sink stayed full of water
Disappointing Our room was run down. The shower leaked and dripped all night. My husband took the back of the toilet and fixed it so it stopped running. There is burn holes all over carpet and it was a non-smoming room. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and the bed was VERY HARD.. We paid over $100 a night there.... It wasn't worth it. The service at there Cafe was great.

I spent my savings on room I thought was good very disappointing The room was not what I expected no where near the pictures staff was nice location was good but the room was very disappointing The room we got was not ready the bed was a mess there was no shower curtain no pillow cases the room was dusty and had hand prints the sink had some type of red stuff smeared not worth all the money we had to spend. Location is perfect
Never again… The room smelled bad, tv small, food selection poor, electrical outlets were not attached to wall (just begging for a fire), toilet paper was as thin and rough as possible, so were the towels. I paid over $300 for one night in this crappy place. If I had known how bad this would be, I’d have upgraded to a Motel 6! LEAVING!
