Disappointing
very disappointing Room was over priced. Room service was very rude I didn't receive any towels the next day after I called twice. The air kept feeling like it was going out. The television sound kept going out. For the price of the rooms there should be a microwave or refrigerator. Very disappointed I will not be staying there again & I definitely don't recommend it to anyone. Happy birthday to me The bellman that helped with our luggage was very nice & pleasant

Too hot to hold The pluming in the shower. Water was backed up We ate at the cafe. It was okay

Disappointing The worst part was how dirty the rooms were. I understand the hotel is under staffed but hair clogging the shower drain sink back up. Cob webs hangin from the ceilings felt like I was staying in a run down hotel. Last after I got home the very next day I was charge again for my stay. Called in to the front desk was told they see nothing put me on hold never clicked back over. I wouldn’t stay here again. Bad
Had a good time. Food was decent not great. The rewards system for gambling was lousy. I was told that I needed to play at least 4 hours at the table and slots to get my room compted. I did this and then some. When I asked the host about it, she said I needed to play more and come back later. Which I did. When I came back, I was told “sorry” you booked your room through a third party and we can’t comp you.I was given a $100.00 of slot pay. Pretty sad on Tropicana’s behalf. Not good Cleaning it and updating the furniture would have helped. Also, the windows were filthy and all we could see is a green glow, from the sign. It wasn't worth any of the upgrades at all or its price. The bed was like 40 years old and uncomfortable. The property is outdated and overpriced for what it offers. We did not even shower because it looked dirty. Unfortunately, I will just book on my own from now on.
