Mediocre and somewhat inconvenient. The staff did not make eye contact and ask me for ID after ordering food for pick up! Hotel did not offer room service but hassled me for food pick up? Work it out Tropicana. The location and cleanliness are A1!

Fair needed a refer for my insulin
Disappointing Room was not clean. We found former guest's socks under the bed. Asked for room service and the socks where never removed. You can tell this hotel needs some serious remodeling. Online prices when booking are not the same upon checking.
I will not make reservation with Tropicana again. Front desk staff are overwhelmed, staff not friendly. Facility very dirty, pool. Sone of the Elevators wasn't working was waiting for 45 minutes. Most of all my bathroom toilet wasn't working properly and so as my other family’s room are same issue.
