I will NOT stay there again. Everything. Rooms our outdated. We had hair on the walls In the shower, shower drain didn’t drain, cigarette burns in the sheets, requested is not the same as booked when it comes to non-smoking vs smoking.
Fair TV was to small from my laying on the bed perspective. Kids running down hallway during the day and night slamming their room doors because the doors are to heavy to open. No buffet restaurant. Walk way from promenade tower to the casino floor. Parking was very convince to the floor of the casino.
Poor All surfaces in the room were dusty. The water pressure on faucet was off. The water would take a while to go down the drain in sink and tub.
Facility needs updates We came on Mororcycles and had to carry our heavy luggage through the hotel after a ride through the excessive heats. Didn‘t find any luggage carts. Hotel rooms could use some updates, especially the mattresses. Staff was nice and attentive in all hotel facilities. Too expensive for what you get.

First off I feel like the room was run down dirty carpet stains on the sheets neighbors were loud. It was totally not wo Everything it was disgusting. Nothing
I should have spent a couple more dollars and booked at another hotel! To keep it short, the hotel needs to be updated and cleaned! The tv in my room had a weak signal and they couldn’t get it to work. The lack of cleanliness was everywhere in the room and throughout the hotel. The staff was very helpful. They responded to issues with the room very quickly.
I will not book here again The view , there were no full mirrors , the chairs were disgustingly dirty , the night stand had left over food still on it. just gross. I asked for a frig the front desk said she will have it sent to my room it never came. No microwave :( my room was smoking but the view sucked ass
