Bad Cleanliness of room and coffee maker window should open more than 1/2 inch! 3 to 4 inches would be more acceptable I also didn't like to have to pay for a late check out Swimming pool was nice

Didn't stay Refer to the above I didn't end up staying at Tropicana after they charged me when I made the reservation and then when I went to check In and Tropicana decided to charge my card again..(needless to say I didn't know that they had already charged me when I made the reservation.) So just to recap they charged me 146 at time of reservation. And. Then an additional 189 on check in. The lady said my card declined.. well yea because you guys already charged me. Just Okay Room was outdated but for the money it was good. Comfortable bed and clean room. The staff and rooms were very plain. Restaurant and store staff were pleasant and good food.
Stayed in room 333 And The cleaning was horrible coffee stains all over bathroom wall and ceiling Room
Not for Senior Citizens The first room was a big closet with a bed. I fell off the low sitting toilet. i am 93 y/o I do not drink. After my son asked the staff gave me a handicap room for an additional 22 $ . The staff did not even ask if i was okay after the fall. I am now badly bruised on my whole shoulder. Needless to say i could not do much at all after the fall. So, no i did not enjoy the Tropicana. P. S. . A couple guest partied all night long the first night making it impossible to sleep. Disappointed Short Stay The last time we were here our room was wonderful. This visit the room we were in was not good. The A/C made a rattle noise and it had not refrigerator, I am not even sure it had a coffee maker. I guess depending on the room you get some are upgraded some are not. The casino and location is great.
Not as nice as expected Room had a odor of old cigarette even though it was a non smoking room. The room didn’t feel very clean and the sheets where stiff, yes I meant the bed sheets The staff at the counter was very polite and helpful
