Grimy headboard sticky floors Upon arrival I noticed my headboard had all kinds of funk all over it housekeeping came up and clean 70% of it off then I use the shower and found this floors to be all sticky then they upgraded me nicely to another room which had dust all over the areas that they don’t even clean just felt uncomfortable I’ve been staying there 30 years never had this problem before Nice common Areas as usual
We won’t be staying at the Tropicana again. Certain staff weren’t very friendly. Security guard “Adel” was very odd and felt like he was watching us. Bingo workers seemed to hate their jobs. Room smelled as soon as we walked into it. Kinda odd there’s no mini fridge and there’s a coffee machine in the restroom, not very sanitary if you ask me.

It is like going to the mall that used to be nice, only to find out it is the ghetto mall now. The room was on a non smoking floor, but the people next door were smoking. The second hand smoke was coming into our room and it was hard to breath. The crowd has changed over the last few years. There are families with small kids and they run up and down the halls.
