It was the worst experience I have had since traveling on my vacation I didn’t like the restaurant cafe the waitress was rude there was hair in my salad and when we told her my hubby said we just gone leave and instead of her apologizing she just said ok u can leave but we stayed and waited on our food anyways I did let the manager know but I will never visit here again also the cocktail waitress was rude as well in the casino area The housekeepers was very nice
Poor Beds worn out. Noisy kids on both sides of our room in casino tower. Only one restaurant. Free wi fi inop tech support could not connect
Poor The staff was very rude and gave us a room with broke lock and bathroom stuff after paying for a spa room and I guess they couldn't get one so we had to stay in one of the worse rooms there for a same price. Liked playing at casino
Need cleaning and major upgrade on hotel rooms Everything Nothing
Room was dirty at check in, had bugs all over the room and comming out of sink Mask nazis The escape
Disappointing Beds were hard and mattress springs can be felt. Paint peeling from walls. Key card reader to room was terrible. Had a hard time getting into room. Hairs in sink and on bed. Nice location. Nice pool and restaurants
Hotel was like a motel 6. We used to stay here, but never again. Also very smokey Everything Nothing
Bad Cleaning staff food
Absolutely Filthy The rooms have mold, 1960’s decor and are seriously dirty where there is mold in corners, piles of dirt and filthy and even the shower curtains are filthy. The property has a good view
