Worst experience traveling ever! Requested early check in. Front desk says they don't do that, website does not apply. Argued for 45 minutes with front desk clerk about the room, was booked weeks ago, tried to give me a double queen, smoking room. Supervisor miraculously found it. Went to the room, after about an hour realized there were NO towels.. Called housekeeping they said there were NO towels. Turned keys into Security and wrote complaint and left. Poor The rooms are too outdated and needed to be cleaned better! The staff was amazing and the restrooms closer to be lobby were excellent very clean!
it was ok wasn't able to use the hot tub, resort fee's a little high for what you offer.
WE WILL NEVER BE BACK SEE ABOVE, ALSO HAD TO WAIT TO GET IN THE ROOM NOTHING, NO TUB, ALSO A BUG IN THE ROOM

Bad The staff said pool closed at 6 and we went by at 9 and people were still in it next day was not open by 945 when it said it opened at 8 the room was dirty and it was in non smoking but smelled like cigarettes all around bad trip will not be going back
Very Poor smoking nazis all over other casinos were not that way
