I received friendly welcome from the receptionist, with instructions on how to proceed. Very short wait period before being called back. The nurse spoke in a calming tone explaining what she would be doing prior to seeing the Dr. Dr Troy was open, friendly, and informative , and professional , giving me the opportunity to ask questions and further instructions on how to remain and improve my health.. As always, I was quite pleased with this office visit.
Dr. Johnson is a thoughtful professional. He seeks clarity in understanding his patients concerns without judgment. His follow-up questioning is designed to assist his client to the best care available.
Amazing and Professional! He makes sure you taking your health needs serious, with exercising and dieting. Always addresses any health concerns you may have.
Can’t recommend Troy enough! He is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and knows how to make anyone at ease. I was anxious about going to the doctors office, and was quickly put to ease when I got there. From the check in process until I left, it was a smooth process. I am more than thankful I found him and made the first appointment over a year ago!
I just moved to Columbus and was reluctant in having to find a new Primary Care Physician. But, Troy Johnson is absolutely amazing! He really took the time to hear my concerns and find solutions to all my problems. He was empathetic, but funny and the perfect amount of sarcastic. He’s honest and very transparent. He followed up with me 4 days later to ensure the changes he made to my medication were working. I can tell he truly cares. I’ve definitely found my new PCP!
