Having one pediatrician for all the appointments is just BAD MANAGEMENT and UNPROFESSIONAL. I understand things happen and they might be understandable short staff because people get sick and such but making patients and parents that show up 15 minutes early to their appointment because they ask, wait hours for their appointment on multiple days is no longer an excuse is UNPROFESSIONAL.
My kids and I absolutely love this pediatrician office. They're always smiling and helpful. Especially when I have a sick kid at home, they're always able to schedule an appointment for that day or the next day. If not, they tell me to call in the morning to get into any canceled appointments. They make routine appointments in advance but if you need something faster for a wellness appointment or something not life threatening, they advise you to call in the morning on the next day if they're unable to schedule you for that ... read more
I've been taking my kids here for over 8 years. The staff, the nurses, and doctors are always polite and respectful. They are very attentive and caring, especially when my kids are not feeling well. COVID was extremely hard on the office but they always are understanding and helpful. This office is better than any other pediatrics in Troy and I highly recommend it.
The female Doctor was great with my kids but when it came to the male doctor he over talked me and did not listen to a word I was saying. Then after leaving I receive a call days later with someone giving me completely different information. I was asking for suggestions and he rushed through seeing my kids after an hour long wait. We were there over 2 hours. The nurses are unprofessional and very unhappy with that practice. Very surprised they are even still open.
We've been taking our kids here for a few years now. I recently called to make an appointment days in advanced and was told I have to call back at 8:30 in the morning to make same day appointment. They don't make appointments in advance anymore? I've never heard of such a thing! I even called two days in a row thinking maybe the person was busy and it was the end of the day. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. Not the case! Seeking new pediatrician now.
