We were very pleased with our appointments. We didn't have to wait more than five minutes. Staff was very pleasant. Amanda was very careful while checking us over. And her personality is so great.

I went to the Hallettsville location. I will say this, I have no problem with the staff there, they were all really sweet. However, my problem is with their workflows. I have been calling for over a week to get a RX filled and see if they received my lab work. The only number available to call is some main office (call center) which I am assuming is in Austin somewhere, their staff is not the friendliest. Everything went perfect. I arrived for my appointment about 35 minutes early. I live in Yorktown so it takes me time to get there. Anyway I sat in the waiting room maybe 5 minutes and was called it. Amanda’s nurse was very polite and knowledgeable. She asked questions and took picture of my head. Amanda Kurtz came in a couple minutes later. She explained about the different types of hair loss. She came me pointers of what to do. Very satisfied with my visit with employees I had contact with.

Covered parking! No walking in the rain to enter. Friendly staff. Dr. Ma is great! She listens & is thorough. She’s the 1st dermatologist that did something about my sun damaged skin that works! I’m very thankful that I am going to her for skin care.
