Everything went perfect. I arrived for my appointment about 35 minutes early. I live in Yorktown so it takes me time to get there. Anyway I sat in the waiting room maybe 5 minutes and was called it. Amanda’s nurse was very polite and knowledgeable. She asked questions and took picture of my head. Amanda Kurtz came in a couple minutes later. She explained about the different types of hair loss. She came me pointers of what to do. Very satisfied with my visit with employees I had contact with.
I was taken in early. Nurse was very pleasant. Prep was very efficient. Didn’t have to wait on the doctor. No pain. Doctor very pleasant. Good post surgery instructions.
Dr Amanda was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front were nice and friendly. The scheduling of appointment was very on time. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was headed home a little after 2:00. Great experience!
On each visit to this practice I am treated with the utmost care and respect. I leave knowing they have my best interests as their goal. Everyone is friendly and professional.
My husband and I visited the clinic for the first time on Wednesday, 8/20. We immediately felt comfortable and found all the ladies to be so friendly. Definitely happy we made the switch to Amanda and her staff!
