The scheduler clearly did not know what this office treats. I explained what the issue was and she re-assured me that they do see patients with ingrown toe nails and do procedures there. She had not idea what the self-pay rates were either. This office has the most expensive rates that I had to pay so far without insurance. Apparently they do not treat in-grown nails and I knew that we needed to see a podiatrist without spending tons of money for this visit. Do not go to this dermatologist. They charge over and above and do not tell you about all of the charges. I ended up going to a dermatologist in Sugar Land Texas and they charged me half of what tru-skin wanted for the same procedure. There were no hidden costs from the dermatologist in Sugarland. The dermatologist in Sugarland was very kind and very professional. They explained everything clearly. No extra charges for follow up exams, no extra lab fees. Amanda Kurtz has shown time and time again how amazing she is!! She always listens to my concerns and explains everything to me. So thankful I found her!!
Everyone is always so friendly & caring in the office. My PA always takes her time with me, very knowledgeable & also very caring. ❤️ And after 2 years, I’m still receiving the same great care with patience & understanding! Amanda is great & so is all the staff! ❤️
