Cesar and the team were great! They worked me in when I had a schedule change and made sure everything was explained and done to the highest level of professionalism. They cleaned as they went and left this customer very happy.
A team of two came and helped get the place ready for move in. They arrived on time and spent the time needed. Communication was great which really helped since we were coordinating from afar.
This was the first time using this service and I'm already impressed. Quality and price were spot on. We will definitely have them come back to complete our other projects.
I hired them to do house cleaning in preparation for selling my house. I like the work they did, but I do not feel I got the best value. This contractor offered an hourly rate. A competitor I didn't choose offered a flat fee. I calculated that as long as they didn't take more than 3.5 hours to clean a mostly empty 1301 sqft 3bd/2ba home with brand new carpet already installed and fresh interior paint then I would save money. I booked 2 cleaners for 2 hours for my 2 bed/2 bath condo. The ladies did an A+ job, everything was immaculate bath, bedrooms, kitchen. I highly recommend TruBlue House Care.
I had paid to get a door installed, but was installed very poorly. I contacted TrueBlue and they were able to save the door while making sure it closed properly. Highly recommended.
The two cleaners arrived on time, and were friendly and professional. They used a new mop, and they cleaned thoroughly under and around many items. They worked steadily, and were responsive to my wishes. They wore masks, said they had been Covid-vaccinated, and importantly, arranged and organized items so my home had a more pleasing appearance when they finished! I was pleased and hope to have them again!
