I was moving homes, and I had a to-do list with a bunch of miscellaneous work that needed to be done before the move. I reached out to Karen for help, and she promptly sent over a team of technicians. I recently hired TruBlue to install new doors in my basement as well as replace my smart locks throughout the house. Karen was instrumental in helping me schedule the initial estimate, hardware delivery, and install date. When Steve arrived to complete the work, he was communicative, professional, and tidy.
