This is an off site park and ride for the airport or train. These people are horrible in their customer service. They only have one shuttle that is supposed to run every 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. I ended up having to get a Lyft to pick me up after waiting 47 minutes or I would've missed my flight. Coming back, after 25 minutes, I called to make sure I was waiting on the right spot to wait for the shuttle. I even asked what it looked like because I hadn't seen it. After having my truck parked at this lot for a week I came back to pick my truck up and found major damages to my truck.. After speaking with a gentleman name Troy I asked to see the security cameras for the lot to see who done it he said that there was no security cameras and that they are not liable for any damages… But the website clearly states that they have cameras and this is clearly false advertising… Troy says he is not liable and will not be held responsible for what has happened so I will see him in court.. My husband and I recently found ourselves in Orlando with unexpected changes to our Tractor trailer parking arrangements. We contacted Florida Truck Parking, and their staff was so helpful! We explained our immediate situation to the manager, and she had the owner call me right back. They truly went above and beyond to help us accommodate our parking needs on no notice.
