I recently hired TruClean to clean my air ducts before the summer starts and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service! First of all, they charged my Mother $199.99 for mold testing in her air ducts, said it would take about 1 week for results. After 3 weeks, we called numerous times and finally were told her results were sent to their spam folder! Told that it was a toxic mold and they would get back with us on removal etc. We waited and waited! We called and called daily multiple times and never heard back! Wish we could give zero stars!!! Worst services ever!!! Between Kelsey, Jesse (if it's a real person) & Derek none were honest or even remotely consistent. Derek started the home and he couldn't finish for months because the truck that had the correct equipment that was long enough for our duct system was not running.
