Do not pay this company one cent. They will take your money and disappear. I signed a contract with them and paid them money and now I can't even get them to answer the phones. For over a month I have been calling and calling, trying to get closure to this mess. I have left messages at their office, Jesse's cell and Kelsey's cell. I have sent them emails and no reply. I have driven to their office and it looks empty. Could have been so easy , just one returned phone call.
They advertise a coupon online, then do not honor the coupon. We were told we had mold in our unit. Second opinion inspection verified there was absolutely no mold. The technician said he was going to do an inspection of the unit, cut the aluminum tape seal, and told us after the fact that it would cost us $100 to have the two units re-sealed. Scam!! Liars!! Cheats!! Tried to take advantage of us.
BUYER BEWARE! I paid $710.20 to TruGreen on May 15, 2023 for the first of a 2 step strategy for cleaning my air ducts. This step involves putting an aersoal can inside both HVAC units. Total time spent doing this was 15 minutes, however when he comes back the 2nd visit would be much longer with more people at a cost of $1,749. I called during business hours. No answer, voicemail inbox was full. Not a good sign, but they were recommended by someone that had a good experience with them so I made an appointment using the website. The appointment text confirmation said 10:00am. The confirmation link said 10:00-11:00am, but said "please note all appointments have 2 hour window of arrival time" I called at 11:50 to see if this was still happening today. We had our ducts cleaned a few months ago. The receipt says a courtesy cleaning of the drain was included. This never happened and one of our rooms was flooded. They would not compensate us for the damages.
