Overall smooth install. Showed up on time and completed in a timely manner. Kevin took his time to explain the new system and thermostat. Our old system was super old lol. Thank you!
Our HVAC system has seen better decades, but Shane at True Blue Heating & Air didn’t try to scare us into buying a brand new one on the spot. He showed up exactly when he said he would, gave our old system some much-needed TLC, and upgraded us to a Nest thermostat that we love already. What really stood out is how upfront and clear he was. After 20+ years, our HVAC system broke down. I’ve done so much research to look for the right HVAC company and have gotten quotes from multiple companies. From the start, arrived on time, and like the other reviews I read, Shane was more focused on explaining the options and functions versus trying to push to sell. Shane and his team were excellent, so thorough, transparent and professional. I could not recommend them more highly! Upgrading our system has been a game changer, thrilled with the work they did.
We needed to have our HVAC system replaced and got a referral from a good friend of ours. Shane from true blue came out and did more educating than selling. We decide to go with them to replace our HVAC. The experience has been nothing but positive. We would highly recommend using this company and would definitely if ever needed would use them again.
