We were supposed to move my mother from her apartment in an assisted living facility to the memory care unit on a Tuesday. Our help backed out unexpectedly. I contacted True Friends on Monday morning and they were able to accommodate us the very next day. Chris was very professional and personable on the phone. We scheduled the move for the next day. Extremely impressed with True Friends not only from an office side of things but more importantly their phenomenal staff that actually made our move happen.  We were blessed with Travis and Tevan who helped us move. Not only were they prompt but they were friendly, courteous, professional, and took the absolute best care of our belongings and protected our new home. Again, Travis and Tevan were the absolute best these gentlemen deserve a raise! Thank you both and True Friends.

True Friends is an EXCELLENT moving company! I have used True Friends before, and this company is consistently reliable, flexible & friendly. Special shout out to Tevan and Lewis. Some of my items were bulky & heavy, but they never stopped smiling -- and were constantly moving. (Even helped coach the jumping process when my car battery ran out -- didn't leave me stranded). Truly customer focused - thank you!

We had a great experience with True Friends Moving. Matthew, Victor and Ryan were excellent. They were very professional and friendly. They worked hard during the entire move. I will never use another company! From the very first contact to the last box being unloaded-it was seamless. The team, from JD in dispatch, Chris (via phone & email) to the amazing men that drove the truck (Mike) and made the process so easy for me. I give kudos especially to Adrian (Nashville) for his calm professional demeanor and strength! Thank you! Highly recommend this organization. My next move—I will call and let them handle everything from packing to moving. Bravo!

LOOK NO MORE‼️‼️‼️ This is the company to use. I’m 67 years old and have moved 24 times in my life. I can not say enough good things about this company and their EMPLOYEES ‼️ Andrew and Preston were the best. It was Christmas time and we gave them a bonus for their outstanding job.
