I accompanied a friend today to her appointment to customize her new home that is being built. When we arrived we were greeted by Laura. Great selections. Very durable homes if you want to use as a rental. Have a previous house with True Homes and they Pick really good areas for equity growth. Very clean, well kept, and didn't feel like I was being ignored at any time. Very professional employees Felt like I was at home honestly.
First they made a huge mistake with leaving out the flooring bit got it fixed very fast and at no additional up front cost
I had a phenomenal experience at the True Homes Design Studio. My consultants were Jamie and Ben and I would definitely reccommend them both. The hospitality my family and I received was amazing and they went above and beyond to make sure that we knew our options and had a clear understanding of what we were choosing for our home.
