I don’t know how this place has anything over 2 star reviews. Unless you pay absolutely no attention, this place is horrible. I wasn’t looking for a fantastic place, obviously, I was choosing one of the cheapest options in town. But by the end of my stay I would’ve paid an extra $200 to have a place with at least a clean bed. When I arrived I didn’t have to wait too long for staff, the woman that helped was okay. I am 100% sure that I received bed bug bites from this location. There were also spiders coming thru the bathroom entrance doorway as it was sealed properly. The maintenance for the building itself needs to be reconstructed it seems. I didn't sleep at all.
Disgusting. I got room 14 but I ended up driving 20 minutes back to manitou and sleeping in the parking lot because there were freaking bed bug eggs in a stain of blood under the mattress. Also the bedding didn’t seem clean, found a pube on the blanket… Don’t stay here but if you do check your bed well. In person service was alright but that doesn’t nearly make up for how nasty it is and they should actually try to keep it clean.
Myself and friend stayed at this property multiple times a few months ago. My friend was banned from staying there based on something they thought they seen. After months of not staying here, I figured I would contact the property to see if my friend could stay there yet. They person I spoke with said she is on a permanent no rent list. Theotelmisnquiet and clean, but the staff and policies are horrible.
