Wheat, Abe, and Adam are externally knowledgeable and professional when it comes to restoration. Adam showed up within an hour of calling with equipment ready to go. Adam removed the items that were absolutely necessary and completely dried my unit saving the hardwood floors and koa kitchen cabinets with minimal sheetrock removal. Needed help after a surprise water leak at my office, and contacted several restoration companies for help. Wheat at True North was the only one to actually answer the phone and he even sent out their lead technician in the same day! This team was awesome, they were efficient and friendly and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. It's hard to find this level of service and let me tell you, you won't be disappointed when you let them help you with your restoration needs—I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
