Exceptional customer service from top to bottom. Erik was great, he answered all my questions before the work started. London and his clean up crew were friendly, quick and efficient. He was also able to questions we had about the clean up. Highly recommend this company for water restoration. They responded timely to our needs during a busy time. The crew showed up within a couple hours of the first call immediately following another job they were at. Quickly assessed the water damage, began extraction, and setup to dry out our flooded basement. Great service, explained everything very well, walked me through the process, and were friendly the entire time. Would definitely recommend them!
