Previously I had received an estimate about a mold issue in the attic. The company I had a contract with, who takes care of my property, did an attic inspection and gave me an estimate that was extremely expensive. When John Walsh from TN came to inspect he was polite, explained thoroughly what he would do and showed us the safety tool he would be using to check our air quality. John and Rick worked on our house after having a leak from a new air conditioning system. Everything was fixed properly and in a timely manner. Both were cordial and professional and bonus points for the dog and grandkid loving Rick! Highly recommend!

We were grateful when Mr Walsh showed up on time. Others were called and never showed up and did not call back. Not many were willing to work on water damage. His work was excellent and it was done fast and thorough. He and his helper worked neatly and when the unexpected Occurred he handled it effectively and didn’t alter the bill.
