True Blue is exceptional. Last year, right before the 4th, we needed their services and they bent over backwards for us and made it happen! We just called them again for THIS 4th of July and they delivered once again! Excellent customer service on the phone. What a GREAT local small business! We were put in an incredibly stressful situation the morning of our annual off-road event. We had scheduled portable restrooms weeks in advance through another large national company that we had used previously. Delivery was supposed to happen Thursday before the event, with pickup on Monday. The morning of the event, with over 500 guests expected to arrive within the hour, we showed up to find there were NO restrooms on site. We are going on our second year with True Blue Portables & by far Issac has the best service one can ask for. My portable bathrooms are always left clean & smelling fresh.. Issac stocks all bathroom tissue & hand sanitizer. Another great quality is Issac always shows up when he says, Thank you Issac for such great service. (His pricing is very reasonable).
We had an unfortunate water leak at one of the buildings we manage, and TrueBlue Portable Restrooms truly came through for us. True Blue Portable Potties was awesome to work with. Super easy to set up, they dropped them off right on time and picked them up when they said they would. The guys were friendly and made the whole thing simple. The porta potties were way cleaner than I expected, honestly. Fresh, stocked, and not gross like you usually think of with these things.
