I have owned many businesses over the span of the last 20 years including a very successful real estate corporation. I always used my own personal credit. Regardless if it was to purchase investment real estate, vehicles for business, office equipment, gasoline, etc. I knew of business credit, but did not know how it worked or how to obtain it. We are flippers and have our own LLC company. We signed up with TruBuild to help us get Dunn & Bradstreet set up and establish credit under our business name. We did not have a lot of money and they worked with us and set up a Vistaprint Web. We used credit accounts TruBuild helped us set up. We bought a house, fixed it and sold the house. While doing this I was also dealing with a partner that did not believe this would work. I used little bits of money out of our fixed income. Over the 1+ year's we slowly but surely set up the 10-12 different accounts and bought items here and there. We got a Dunn and Bradstreet rating of 87 and had D&B reports that covered over a year in business. Then we were finally able to apply for a Master Card!. We were approved for over $20,000.00 with NO PG (personal guarantee). YES YEAH YEAH. P.S. My husband had NO CREDIT Established when we started this!! Now he has a 680 credit rating and it is getting better DON'T GIVE UP & PLUG AWAY at getting those charge accounts!!
