Stopped in one time, and the last time.One cashier on his phone, store busy, no one to step up and help, during a peak hour, when I finally got to the register, I asked the cashier, "Where's is your help", he responded " My manager is in the cooler". WOW! REALLY I heard your ad on WNCX, and I thought ok, but then...... Sunoco gas from now on. Who runs this insane asylum, the inmates or the guards?
I wanted to give 0 stars, I will start off with your food on your "roller grill" should be deemed "NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION ". The pizza you sell is worse along with other items on your "warmer". The smell is noxious. Why is it an issue for your multi-million company that cannot fix your card readers on the pumps? These morning people’s laziness and disrespect to people with a disability like me (temporwork disability) is disgraceful. Rude, making me renter and show my ID for alcohol after not letting me enter my field rewards, the guys on nights are amazing I come threw every day, but while I’m out on disability I been dealing with morning people’s laziness and I’m about to never use a true north again they’re so rude (some night guys are rude too, but the night manager helps relieve that annoyance)
Worst cashier experience ever. I only went in to buy gas and a cigar, I was asked to show I.d then I put my I.d on counter and the female cashier gave me my i.d back and demanded that I put it in her hand. I put my I.d back on the counter and then she refused the sale of the cigar but attempted to proceed with the sale of the gas. I asked for her name to address the matter with a supervisor and she would not cooperate. I then requested my money back. Im sorry but I won't be shopping at True North anymore.
They're very helpful and friendly they have a store in the store called Charley Biggs the best chicken in the world and the best JoJo's just wonderful we sometimes go there just for Charley Biggs they have a large selection of drinks at this place
