Arturo is rude and unaware of the statement “the customer is always right”. I just so happen to leave my identification in my car. He was rude. Callous and when I got mad he tried to refuse service and made me “apologize” he needs more training..

Worst customer service the guy who works at night always have a bad attitude unless you’re a girl then he will be flirting with them but if you a man you don’t even get a word from him always with headphones he drives a silver Chevy Cruze

Car wash times are now ridiculous, it's almost a 20-1h wait just for a wash. Before, it was never like this.
