The best gas station in Ohio hands down. Definitely if you come in on second shift Makiya and Derek are the best workers . Just heavenly customer service and wonderful energy all around. Will be stopping back in ever time I'm in town.
Tanisha and Whitney are two of the best workers here! I always come in here and they always make me feel welcomed. I wouldn't go anywhere else because of the way they treat me and are always eager to help. I wish they would get recognized for there hard work and their dedication to their job.
Most of the time the staff is wonderful. The shift manager at 5:45pm on July 2nd was rude and slow! Most stores are allowing people to bring in their own cups and charge less than a dollar for a refill. She made me get another cup, which is not a big deal, but then proceeded to charge me over a dollar! When I mentioned the price she said, "You can just go there then." I have NEVER been sorudely treated!
0 stars for 0 personality, don't greet customers, when I say thank you I get "uh huh" as they are on their phone. It's a shame, this place has gone downhill big time. They will literally hire anyone smh.
Tru North 135 in Boardman is the bomb! Great leadership, polite staff, EXTREMELY helpful, and creatively willing to meet the needs of the customer. Truly EXCEEDS expectations!
