I called them to get a price on juul pods and got hung up on the first time. I proceeded to call a second time to a rude “can you please hold?” Right when the phone was answered. I asked about the pods and they told me the manager said they weren’t allowed to quote prices over the phone. Working at customer service you don’t tell someone no. Especially since it’s a whole LIE they just didn’t want to go scan it and see how much it was. Very unprofessional!
Pump was broke and didn’t dispense gas, asked for refund and was refused. Then a few months later a different pump double charged me for gas and again was refused a refund. Manager didn’t care. Just know if you plan on putting gas in your car there’s a chance you won’t get gas or your cars will be doubled chagrin with no refund.
Super clean store and lovely, friendly employees. However there is one new guy that works there (with longer hair) that always has something to comment about my presence and makes me very uncomfortable. Otherwise, this would be my go-to shop for snacks and beverages.
This is a relatively new store, but I hate coming to this location. The cashiers move slow, and they don’t keep stock on their tobacco products. Always out of casino black and milds and backwoods. I suggest going to any other gas station at that intersection because they’re fast and they’re stocked! Don’t get stuck waiting 5 mins in line to find out they don’t have what you need!
Older lady, was a manager. She is not nice. White hair, parked somewhere that wasn’t a parking spot and then told me to move my car out of the way.
