Update 12/31/24 Please provide a valid phone and contact person if you are really serious about addressing the concern. There was no misunderstanding. I went in the store today at 720 and was refused service for being black. The man working dead laughed in my face and told me I was not welcomed while there were multiple people behind me. I sent my wife in ID in hand and he said "Were watching you I'm not selling you anything" store full of white people how embarrassing I will dedicate my summer to making sure he no longer is employed there.

Always a great experience every morning. Steve is always at the register greating everyone with true service and true kindness. This location is a success because of people like him!!!

I was just in Shell gas station on Royalton Rd in Strongsville, OH. I had the nicest cashier, her name was Bree. I was paying with my debit card and I never knew I didn't have to insert and pin number blah blah blah. She was so sweet and explained to me just to lay card on reader. All this time, years, no one has ever told me this. Thank you Bree! You sure are a keeper!
