For a reference, I don’t think this is location specific. I think this is a true north Shell station issue. Bad customer experience at the pump. I have been to four true stations in the last couple months and each time it’s the same issue. The credit card readers at the pump do not work, you have to go inside wait in line and tell them how much gas you want to buy. Like it’s 1980s. Only ever experiences at true North Shell stations. No other gas station seems to have this issue.

This location was recently renovated and I have to say say it is the nicest and cleanest Shell gas station I have ever been to. The staff is very, very kind and helpful. I would definitely stop here anytime I needed to get a drink or refill my truck.

No major complaints. It's just not open 24/7 like it says online. Just needed water before the gym this am and there was a sign in the door that says, "Sorry not open until 5am, pay at pump." Such is life.

Best gas station in Columbus. Never met anyone working behind the counter that wasn’t incredibly nice. Seriously, each of them makes my day better every time I go in. They must be doing something right to keep such a solid workforce.
