I don't believe there is any upkeep done on the "pay-at-the-feature" at this location. Sometimes before I even start, the screen message will say something like "pay at the pump is unavailable. Please pay cashier inside prior to pumping gas". More often than not, when I respond "yes" to the the question, "do you want a receipt?" the error message reads "see attendant". The store is always clean inside and a great variety of things to buy. There just seems like no effort to keep receipt paper in the pumps or working software.

Horrible service. Tried getting fuel today and a employee I walk in to him sitting down the lady working desk didn’t know how to pre-pay fuel a simple request the guy working there at 11:20pm on 7-8-26 starts yelling at me after I simply asked him since he can’t figure out prepay fuel to turn it on and I’ll pay after. No instead he yells at me and says people like me “steal gas all the time” excuse me you wanna profile against me for something like that then discriminate against me because I’m white and dressed a certain way... read more

If I could give less stars I would. Eddy working at the desk is in the bathroom while everyone is waiting. Then he comes out of the bathroom and refuses to help with any issues, provide a business card for someone who can actually help, and is rude the entire time. Horrible customer service I will never get gas at a shell again I don’t care how much per gallon off they give.

It's unfortunate that this Shell/Truenorth station charges the outrageous and highest prices for gasoline in a 1 mile radius. The demand is probably due this location is usually packed with Amazon trucks. Doesn't help the Downers Grove residents. I now go to the Shell at Cass & Ogden.
