Light skin dude that works nights has always been rude to me for some reason. Tonight he got upset because I guess I accidentally walked where he mopped. I just got off a late night shift told him I apologize and he got upset and continued to say how disrespectful it was. But the door where my drink was I had to walk through it. Not surprised like I said he’s always rude. It sucks I love this place because the daytime crew is awesome! But definitely will have to find a new spot. I will not be back.
Used to be one of my go to spots for drinks. Recently stopped in for drinks and to use the restroom. The girl at the counter told me the bathrooms were closed because she already cleaned them and didn't want to clean them again.
The tall African man was rude and too busy on the phone help me then I simply ask him if I could put my Kroger number back on because my transaction declined the first time so that I could use my 20ct off the pump I drove the extra mile by passing 3 gas stations just to use my Kroger points and I ask him before I charged my card he was to busy talking about his relationship problems to do his job then proceeded to talk shit to the customer like do your job sir and I will never return to your store
Very rude and arrogant staff. They pick and choose whom they want to use the bathroom. Told me they didn’t have key then went into bathroom. They charged me for a cup of coffee although I used my own cup. They refused to give me their managers information or corporate office number. Spend your money elsewhere they do not value customers
Will is the night manager I'm pretty sure.. ( I know that's his name) Tonight I witnessed a white father and mother come in around 12:25am to gas and snacks and they had 3 very young children needing to use the bathroom one of the little girls was grabbing on her mom telling her she's about to pee herself and Will the manager or clerk says that the bathroom is closed, they abruptly leave because the kid is going to soil herself.
