This is not safe.. not sanitary and actually very scary! Anyone could drop something in one of them.. no safer then going to a bar and not watching your drink.. curious as to who thought this was better then the machines and creamer cups? I know longer drink shell coffee due to this! I know I'm just one person.. ill take my over five hundred dollars a year and go to EZ mart or somewhere there is refrigerated creamer machines.
Stopped in with my elderly mother, assistant manager Jeff was outside smoking, when he came back inside he was extremely rude I guess cause we interrupted his smoke break. I understand he could have been having bad day but so were we and he made worse. Bad customer service is one way to lose customers.
There is an older, tall gentleman, that is usually wearing a red hat, that could act like you as a customer aren't an inconvenience to him at every turn. Everyone else I've encountered there is great.
