The only reason I’m even giving one star is because The person who I’m assuming was the general manager handled the situation, but the cashier who claims to be the manager of the store is extremely rude and unprofessional and condescending for no reason. Regardless of whose fault it is that the pump malfunctioned as someone who works in customer service, you should remain polite and professional, which she did not. I came in to grab a soda after getting gas and tried making pleasant conversation with her, but she was busy screaming at the employee stocking in an extremely rude manner. I was in there for 5 minutes and she screamed across the store multiple times at him. Nobody should treat their employees like that, especially with customers around. It made me extremely uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. She needs looked into as a manager, or some disciplinary action should be taken.
The pump malfunctioned after taking my card. I asked the clerk--my bad, "assistant general manager" (he informed me of his title despite this information being unsolicited... Dwight Schrute vibes, right?) -- I asked if the transaction was cleared out of the pump. He responds with "pretty much" which did not sound like a confident response to my question. The two ladies working this morning were super rude for no reason
I pulled into this gas station with a flat tire. The employee working at the time, Brett was amazing. He went above and beyond to try to help me out. After realizing I didn't have the tools to change the tire he suggested I wait inside until help could arrive. He brought me a chair and made me fresh coffee!
