Anyone else upset about the length of time for machine repairs????
As a loyal member to your gym, recent changes in your spin class have me unmotivated and concerned. These changes in these spin classes are quite unsettling. I don't know why this has happened, all I know is that it is unispiring and simply dull. Just today, I went to class and it was a snooze fest. The instructor truly tried her best to motivate the class. However, the music was set to an octive that only my grandmother would appreciate. I have some concerns that need be addresses! 1st the speakers in the group exercise room need to be repaired or replaced they have been broken for three weeks. 2nd the step platforms need the rubber stoppers replaced or replace the platforms before someone has an accident. Since these step platforms do slip on the wood floor. I hope these concerns are taken care off asap! 7/11/17
Very pleased with the location itself. Its kept relatively clean and its not too packed. My only issue is that unlike my previous gym (trenton) they have the medicine balls for FF members to use. At the 23rd location seems like the medicine balls as well as other equipment gets taken to be used by the personal trainers and their clients. And thats not the problem the problem is that they keep there in their room and dont take It back for us FF members to use. Oh but if we ask to use their equipment (kettlebells, rower, dumbe... read more

first of all a lady from daycare called hilda rather be on the chisme instead of watching the kids. talk to someone in the front there doing better but now the cameras from the daycare to the Tvs are not working. it's been a week I talk to someone up front once again and its been 2 weeks already I guess since I did my complain. whats nxt?
