Totally clean especially the showers which is a plus! Great equipment, love the Womans only area.
I love it there nice quiet can always workout comfortable. Recovery shakes are GOOD.
The Persons working at FFGym are wonderful, friendly, and the classes are great. Zumba classes are great!! FFGym needs a Total Body Condion Class and a Kick Boxing class. Many of us lady's want to built our musles and we feel these two classes are also great for all of us. We love all our Zumba Classes and instructors but we would like these classes if possible. Thank You and keep up the good work�
