The gym wasn't crowded but upon entering both employees were almost asleep. Most of the trash cans were overflowing (including the employee area up front), no toilet paper in the stalls and hardly any antibacterial spray.

The personal trainers are very unreliable!! I’ve been assigned 5 trainers and all except 1 constantly never showed for scheduled appointments. The one that was consistent ended up quitting because of the work conditions. I went in to speak to the manager several times and he’s always “on break” or “just stepped out” I have 31 unused sessions because they are inconsistent.
