Luis is the best trainer I've ever had. He puts such emphasis on my overall health, physical and mental. Driving home the need for mobility work to erase all pain and tightness I have in my joints during my lifts. I feel stronger and the pain in my shoulders and ankles has disappeared. Trufit has become a safe place for me because of Luis. I can alleviate all stress and anxieties with just a simple workout at trufit.

I’ve been going to TruFit for about a year. Luis is a great trainer, super knowledgeable, and patient in explaining things like form and what each exercise does. He’s been flexible with scheduling too. I’ve learned a ton from him. Best trainer I’ve known.
