Trainer is great, she is tough but encourages you to try without getting hurt. She takes good care of me , told her I was visual and she went out of her way to explain every single machine to me . Love the communication skills and is always willing to work when it comes to schedules. Great coach and is always on time.Ā

Great location... Friendly environment.. If you have kids, day care is spacious.... Women's area only is a plus...classes are good but if you don't know where to start, trainers are great!!! best part is sauna š...Ā
