I like the Trufit Gym on Ridge Rd., because it is pretty clean and there's always a lot of exercise equipment available to use when I need it. I also, love the fact I was able to use the Evolt Fitness Scan to check my weight, muscle mass, fat mass, and my basal metabolic rate!! 👍🏼👏🏼🏋🏻💪🏼
Gym is very clean and staff is always friendly.
Trainer is great, she is tough but encourages you to try without getting hurt. She takes good care of me , told her I was visual and she went out of her way to explain every single machine to me . Love the communication skills and is always willing to work when it comes to schedules. Great coach and is always on time.
Evelyn is a great trainer, I've learned so much with her and feel so much better!
I love how clean this gym is and how friendly the staff is.
