Great location... Friendly environment.. If you have kids, day care is spacious.... Women's area only is a plus...classes are good but if you don't know where to start, trainers are great!!! best part is sauna š...Ā

Totally recommend, spacious daycare..if you don't like working out alone classes are fun! Ladies only area which not many gyms have... Favorite part of sauna!!! š„ Front desk is friendly, and if you just don't know how start , trainers will help you achieve your goals, good program ... Manager Evelyn helped me ,she is always available....Ā
